Quick watercress broth served with steamed dimsum

Ingredients for the broth
5 cups washed fresh watercress
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
2 rounds of black pepper mill
1 medium-size onion, sliced
½ chicken cube stock
3 cups boiling water

Steamed foods
Seafood & fish-tofu dimsum


  1. Heat oil in a pan, throw in the onions and let brown slightly.
  2. Add in the rest of the ingredients, cover and let cook for 10 minutes on medium fire.
  3. Serve with steamed dimsum and chili paste. Add salt if required. ^_^
